I had not been in a car dealership since 2015. I met Michele Hanks. We talked new, used GMC, Cadillac Yukon and Escalade. After a good discussion I test drove a couple of vehicles. She made the whole experience very pleasant and professional. When we made the final decision, she introduced me to Stephen Haywood to complete the paperwork. Stephen and I discussed warranty options. I chose the best plan we signed and I paid. From the first meet to the delivery it was a great experience. I believe the service department will be just as good.

Everyone at LaFontaine was professional, respectful, and pleasant. Lance Nichols made the purchase process easy. He communicated with me in my preferred methods of emails and texts. All of my preferences were clearly understood. The day of my purchase went smoothly since Lance had everything prepared. Ana handled the finance paperwork with efficiency. I needed a new license plate, which they had ready. This is the first time that I didn't get a temporary plate and didn't have to go back to get the permanent plate. I had leased a new truck in September with a different dealer. We initially wanted to purchase, but there was miscommunication. The day of the purchase, the dealer had the paperwork ready for a lease. The finance person acted like they didn't want to redo the paperwork. The salesperson acted like they did not want to be there since it was at the end of the day. We felt judged and disrespected. So we settled on the lease. When the lease is up, we will not go to this other dealer and go back to LaFontaine instead to purchase another vehicle. I'm so happy with LaFontaine and love my new Cadillac XT6.
Nate is the best service technician I have had the pleasure of working with in the 24 years of vehicle ownership so far. He’s gone above and beyond every step of the way and has really gone out of his way to treat me with the utmost respect and his outgoing and caring nature really shine through. Definitely made the best out of a warranty repair, that’s for sure! I will also note, every detail of every step from purchasing the vehicle through Tom and working with the finance team for financing all the way through to the service department has impressed me greatly and I will not hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone.
We needed to have our car looked at quickly since we only have one car. We contacted Rich Langmaid and he was able to get our car in within a short period of time. The problem was diagnosed and to our amazement the car was repaired the same day. Rich is friendly, always listens to our concerns and makes sure they are always taken care of to our complete satisfaction. He is truly an asset to your company.
We had an absolute nightmare of an experience with our experience at LaFontaine! We brought it in for an oil change and to fix the rear defrost and it was absolute disaster. They had our car for almost 2 weeks and still didn’t have rear defrost done we had to pick it up and it took another 3 weeks to get that fixed. I won’t even give the dealership 1 star. Our dealer had to help get through the entanglement of this disaster. We are new to Cadillac and are completely disappointed with our experience in the service department.it is making choose a star even though I disagree with having to choose it.I truly hope we receive a call regarding our experience I think we are owed this at minimum.
I took my vehicle into LaFontaine Cadillac for routine maintenance and I was treated very well. The service advisor greeted me as if I was a special customer. He explained everything that would be done and gave me an estimate of the time needed to complete the maintenance and the cost for the service. I was very satisfied with my stay at the dealership. I would recommend LaFontaine Cadillac to friends and family.
